Missing Tuscany Board Report - moving to Attic

Dear Jean-Sebastien Delfino and the Apache Tuscany community,

Given the lack of activity in the Tuscany project and the past
discussions about moving the project to the Attic, please note that the
board is likely to vote to put the project in the Apache Attic as soon
as next week's monthly meeting on 20-April.

Projects in the Attic are still available at the same URLs, but all
resources are made read-only and a notice is put up for users so they
understand that the project is no longer active at the ASF.
