Session Tracking(URL rewriting) how to avoid session Id in URL

Hi, I am using JSF on JBOSS.
   
  I disabled cookies and use URL rewriting for session tracking. 
  All <h:outputLink> URLs have session id that are added automatically.  I like to the link to open in a new session. How to prevent session id on the URL?
