Parent proxys - dns issue

Hello to all, i´m a newbie and using ATS version 7.0.0 running on debian 9

i have severeall websites configured, some work, and some don´t, the ones
that don´t work, is due to the fact ( i think) that my proxy machine dosen´t
have the dns to lookup. 

ithis is the settings in records.config

all of the requests made to servers that my machine can´t resolve, never
goes to parent.
