[I] [Java][Benchmarking] Java benchmarks are broken when running with Java 17+ [arrow]

   ### Describe the bug, including details regarding any error messages, version, and platform.

   We need to add `--add-opens=java.base/java.nio=org.apache.arrow.memory.core,ALL-UNNAMED` when running benchmarks.
