Exception Explanation

In an attempt to run the 20020109 axis binary (localhost:8080/axis/index.html 
- Adiminister Axis or Visit), I get the following exception:

org.apache.axis.InternalException: Must include type attribute for Handler 
deployment


Any suggestions would be appreciated.
