[I] [Enhancement] Integrate samples with main repo E2E test workflow [incubator-seata-go-samples]

**What would you like to be added**:
* Add a dedicated GitHub Actions workflow (`integrate.yaml`) to automate integration and E2E testing for the sample applications.
* Configure proper branch filters for the integration tests to ensure code verification across development branches.
**Why is this needed**:
* Currently, the repository lacks an automated pipeline to verify the correctness of the sample applications against the main framework components.
* Integrating these samples into an automated E2E test workflow ensures sample stability, prevents code regression, and catches breaking changes early during continuous integration.
