CrawlDbReducer failed Fetcher

hi,

I found my fetching problem is from my modified code in CrawlDbReducer.java.

For some sites, fetcher just doesn't crawling anything down.

The problem is definitely due to my code CrawlDbReducer.java and I will
debug on it.

But, curiously, why CrawlDbReducer will affect the behavior of Fetcher?
