管理节点无法正常启动

cloudstack版本是4.1，刚装好的时候是可以正常使用的。
后来我只是在系统里面新建了一个用户，并且下载了一个tomcat7到这个用户的home目录下，运行了startup.sh脚本，后来发现好像有问题就把账户和目录删除了。没有对系统中其他地方做过修改。

但现在重启cloudstack-management服务后无法正常启动，只要访问一下UI界面，还没有开始登录，服务的状态就为下面这个：
The pid file locates at /var/run/cloudstack-management.pid and lock file at /var/lock/subsys/cloudstack-management.
        Starting cloudstack-management will take care of them or you can manually clean up.

在management-server.log日志中有如下提示：

2013-07-02 19:26:09,080 ERROR [utils.component.ComponentContext] (Timer-1:null) System integrity check failed. Refuse to startup


请问这个日志的提示是什么意思呢，怎样排查无法启动的原因？
