[PR] tinyusb/synopsys: Update ULPI configuration [mynewt-core]

kasjer opened a new pull request, #3783:
URL: https://github.com/apache/mynewt-core/pull/3783

   ULPI clock was enabled with __HAL_RCC_USB1_OTG_HS_ULPI_CLK_ENABLE()
   that exists only in STM32H7 HAL. STM32F4 and STM32F7 HAL name it
   __HAL_RCC_USB_OTG_HS_ULPI_CLK_ENABLE(), so build with
   USB_USE_OTG_HS_ULPI failed for those devices.

   Use whichever macro is defined.

   stm32f7discovrey used one other ULPI pin that was previously hardcoded.
   Now all ULPI pins can be set in syscfg (so far only 3 differ between boards)
