Currently, using the cluster sync policy, the synchronizers uninstall/remove local resources not present on the cluster in addition of installing the resources on the cluster.
This behavior is actually not correct as some local resources may be installed by cluster resources (for instance transitive features installed by pulling and installing a feature from the cluster).
