InputCalendar bugs

i'm using 1.1.1
 
- the valueChange event of the inputCalendar fires even when there is no
change inputted.
- the newValue returned is 1 day less than what was entered on the form
 
i think the former is an effect of the latter.
 
has anyone else seen this? the same code works in 1.0.9.

i found a solution here:

the input component needs additionally a <f:convertDateTime> component

Example:

<t:inputCalendar value="#{date1}" id="date1" renderAsPopup="true" 
renderPopupButtonAsImage="true" 
...
popupSelectDateMessage="Das Datum [date] wurde gewählt">
<f:convertDateTime pattern="dd.MM.yyyy" ></f:convertDateTime>
</t:inputCalendar>
