No worries. It's not at all obvious how distributed an self-reliant we should be in the Open-Source project where we have no hierarchy and each of us contributes as much time as they can - and where we have very little "oversight" and "project management" - being self-reliant and self-sufficient and self-driven is a major factor in why open-source is better than regular commercial-driven software development.

just curious, and wondering why we need `AIRFLOW_V_3_1_PLUS: bool = get_base_airflow_version_tuple() >= (3, 1, 0)` the `bool` type hint here, since `get_base_airflow_version_tuple` returns `tuple[int, int, int]`.
