[jira] [Created] (DISPATCH-66) NULL header fields are interpreted as present

Ted Ross created DISPATCH-66:
--------------------------------

Summary: NULL header fields are interpreted as present
                 Key: DISPATCH-66
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/DISPATCH-66
             Project: Qpid Dispatch
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: Container
    Affects Versions: 0.2
            Reporter: Ted Ross
            Assignee: Ted Ross
             Fix For: 0.3

If a header field NULL, Dispatch interprets it as present. For example, a message with a NULL 'to' field will be dropped due to a blank address when it should have been forwarded to the address from the link's target field.
