Comments on Decision Making Module

Completed Decision Making in Module 2.

FYI a lot of the discussion list emails so far in the Orientation are broken.  They just take you to the mailing list page instead directly to the list it referenced.  Example:

https://openoffice.apache.org/mailing-lists.html#development-mailing-list <https://openoffice.apache.org/mailing-lists.html#development-mailing-list> — Just takes you to the top of the page
https://openoffice.apache.org/mailing-lists.html#announce-mailing-list <https://openoffice.apache.org/mailing-lists.html#announce-mailing-list> - Takes you to the announce section

I’m assuming they are all to operate like announce link.
