add licenses from some Sandbox projects to overall Sandbox license
------------------------------------------------------------------
Key: UIMA-1686
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/UIMA-1686
Project: UIMA
Issue Type: Bug
Components: Sandbox
Reporter: Marshall Schor
Assignee: Marshall Schor
Priority: Minor
Fix For: 2.3S
A license review reveals some licenses for some sandbox projects which are not pulled into the overall sandbox license. Examples are the Sun Public LIcense and the Mozilla license. When fixing this, observe the need to label category B licenses (see http://www.apache.org/legal/resolved.html )
