[Bug 7332] New: URILocalBL.pm line 353 Experimental each on scalar is now forbidden

https://bz.apache.org/SpamAssassin/show_bug.cgi?id=7332

            Bug ID: 7332
Summary: URILocalBL.pm line 353 Experimental each on scalar is
                    now forbidden
           Product: Spamassassin
           Version: 3.4.2
          Hardware: PC
                OS: Solaris
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: Plugins
          Assignee: dev@spamassassin.apache.org
          Reporter: lista@xdrv.co.uk

syslog, on start:
plugin: failed to parse plugin (from @INC): Experimental each on scalar is now
forbidden at /opt/XXXX/lib/perl5/XXXX/Mail/SpamAssassin/Plugin/URILocalBL.pm
line 353

Quick test:
$ perl /opt/XXXX/lib/perl5/XXXX/Mail/SpamAssassin/Plugin/URILocalBL.pm
Experimental each on scalar is now forbidden at
/opt/XXXX/lib/perl5/XXXX/Mail/SpamAssassin/Plugin/URILocalBL.pm line 353.

Triggered I think by perl 5.24.0, the message "Experimental each on scalar is
now forbidden" is in the 5.24.0 source but not 5.22.2.

Spamassassin runs but does not run the URILocalBL plugin rules.
