> In one of the demos we have, an input operator's current window indicates a timestamp that is 5 minutes ahead of time in the future.  Not sure how we can reproduce it yet.  But here are the observations (may or may not be relevant):
> - The input operator is CONTAINER_LOCAL with 2 other operators downstream
> - After the container is killed, the operator recovers and it fast forwards to a window that is always a fixed number of windows behind the rest of the DAG (APEXCORE-195).  This problem may or may not be related to APEXCORE-195.
> - The system time of the node running the container is normal and is in sync with other nodes.
