With the change in HIVE-3140, describe table output prints like the format expected from "describe *formatted* table". ie, the headers are included and there is padding with space for the fields. 
This is a non backward compatible change, we should discuss if this change in the formatting of output should remain. 
This has impact on hiveserver2, it has been relying on the old format, and with this change it prints additional headers and fields with space padding.
