or NoClassDefFoundError) when running tests on Dataflow runner

Lukasz Gajowy commented on BEAM-6349:
-------------------------------------
While working on the Streaming source for load tests here: [https://github.com/apache/beam/pull/7226] I encountered the following error while running the test in streaming mode, It also disappears when I revert ([PR: 7351|https://github.com/apache/beam/pull/7351]):
{code:java}
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: Could not initialize class org.apache.beam.runners.dataflow.util.CloudObjects org.apache.beam.runners.dataflow.worker.IntrinsicMapTaskExecutorFactory$2.typedApply(IntrinsicMapTaskExecutorFactory.java:344) org.apache.beam.runners.dataflow.worker.IntrinsicMapTaskExecutorFactory$2.typedApply(IntrinsicMapTaskExecutorFactory.java:338) org.apache.beam.runners.dataflow.worker.graph.Networks$TypeSafeNodeFunction.apply(Networks.java:63) org.apache.beam.runners.dataflow.worker.graph.Networks$TypeSafeNodeFunction.apply(Networks.java:50) org.apache.beam.runners.dataflow.worker.graph.Networks.replaceDirectedNetworkNodes(Networks.java:87) org.apache.beam.runners.dataflow.worker.IntrinsicMapTaskExecutorFactory.create(IntrinsicMapTaskExecutorFactory.java:120) org.apache.beam.runners.dataflow.worker.StreamingDataflowWorker.process(StreamingDataflowWorker.java:1144) org.apache.beam.runners.dataflow.worker.StreamingDataflowWorker.access$1000(StreamingDataflowWorker.java:143) org.apache.beam.runners.dataflow.worker.StreamingDataflowWorker$6.run(StreamingDataflowWorker.java:967) java.util.concurrent.ThreadPoolExecutor.runWorker(ThreadPoolExecutor.java:1142) java.util.concurrent.ThreadPoolExecutor$Worker.run(ThreadPoolExecutor.java:617) java.lang.Thread.run(Thread.java:745){code}

> After reverting commit bac909b8e237ef8a2ab7e17ac986e5cc90143e5b ([PR: 7351|https://github.com/apache/beam/pull/7351]) I can no longer reproduce this issue.
