[jira] Commented: (CONTINUUM-2372) Unable to disable or delete a build agent that has been lost

    [ http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/CONTINUUM-2372?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=192801#action_192801 ]

Wendy Smoak commented on CONTINUUM-2372:
----------------------------------------

The second time I tried this, I was able to edit the build agent and un-check the 'enabled' box, as well as to delete it.

As a possible workaround, I noticed that the agents and groups are stored in the continuum.xml config file, so you you might be able to stop Continuum, edit that file, and re-start.

> Project: Continuum
> Issue Type: Bug
> Components: Distributed Builds
> Affects Versions: 1.3.4
> Reporter: Wendy Smoak
>
> After a build agent has gone down unexpectedly, an attempt to edit and disable it results in a duplicate build agent being added to the list. The duplicate is disabled, but the original enabled one is still there.
> The duplicate can be deleted, however if you try to delete the original one, it says "Build agent does not exist" and it remains in the list.
> A build agent that is still up and responding can be edited and deleted normally.
