Problems when running james as a NT service

Hi, following the discussion on james FAQ, I installed (succesfully)
james as an NT service. The problems is that it seems it doesn't work,
but probally I'm missing something. I would expect that, once james is
installed as a service and the service is started, it would act as, from
the bin folder, I would execute the run command, so being able to send
and receive mails; it isn't so.

What am I missing?
