In the JSP 1.1 final spec description of the TLD, there is a <uri></uri> tag. I've used this in my tag libs, however Tomcat displays an error when parsing this tag. It does, however, successfully parse a <urn></urn> tag that isn't mentioned in the spec. Kevin Jones DevelopMentor
