Bulk resolve of closed issues imported from GitHub. This status was reached by first re-opening all closed imported issues and then resolving them in bulk.

> We have separate code paths for queries that use a LIMIT clause versus ones that don't. Instead, we should always go through the ParallelIterators code, but with a concurrency of 1 in the case of LIMIT. Also, don't do the shuffle part for a LIMIT query. Wouldn't be a bad idea to change the name from ParallelIterators in this case too.
