Hi SCott,

Here is a problem with TemplatesHandler.
I use an xsl file that has xsl:include and the include uses relative URI. I 
don't set the systemId for that relative URI then also it is working. Actually 
it has to throw an error saying "can't resolve relative URI temp/cities.xsl". 
For DOMSource it didn't work if I didin't set the systemId.

I am attaching the program. Pl. look at that.
cities.xsl file should be kept in temp directory.
