permisson probs in archive

Hi,

  rsync now says:

    readlink dist/httpd/binaries/win32/.borked/.CVSborked/Root:
      Permission denied
    readlink dist/httpd/binaries/win32/.borked/.CVSborked/Repository:
      Permission denied
    readlink dist/httpd/binaries/win32/.borked/.CVSborked/Entries:
      Permission denied
    readlink dist/httpd/binaries/win32/.borked/.CVSborked/Template:
      Permission denied

  .. and more importantly:

    IO error encountered - skipping file deletion

I moved the .borked directory out of the way.  Try again please.
