[ANNOUNCEMENT] Commons FileUpload 1.1 Released

The Commons FileUpload team is pleased to announce the release of Commons 
FileUpload 1.1. This release contains several new features, as well as 
many bug fixes. A full list of changes since the previous release can be 
found in the change log:

Note: This release of Commons FileUpload also requires Commons IO 1.1.

Commons FileUpload is available in either binary or source form from the 
FileUpload download page:
