[I] Update platform properly in test [camel-k]
squakez opened a new issue, #5852:
URL: https://github.com/apache/camel-k/issues/5852
### What happened?
Sometimes we're getting these errors in the execution of tests:
```
Operation cannot be fulfilled on integrationplatforms.camel.apache.org "camel-k": the object has been modified; please apply your changes to the latest version and try again
```
This is probably returned in the operation update:
```
TestClient(t).Update(ctx, pl)
```
and it happens as we should remove autogenerated values such as timestamp etcetera.
### Steps to reproduce
_No response_
### Relevant log output
_No response_
### Camel K version

I haven't seen this one lately. I think we can close it.
