remove unnecessary Gradle wrapper configuration
`wrapper` is an implicit Gradle task, you don't need to create one manually, just call e.g.
`./gradlew wrapper --gradle-version=2.12`
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/oreissig/groovy remove-unnecessary-wrapper-configuration
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
https://github.com/apache/groovy/pull/296.patch
To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
with (at least) the following in the commit message:
