   Here are my steps and results. Am I missing anything? Thanks in advance!
   
   1. Ran the below command.
   `kamel logs salesforce-source-binding-db`
   Result:
   
   Integration 'salesforce-source-binding-db' not yet available. Will keep checking ...
   
   2. In developer.salesforce.com, create a new contact and saved it.
   
   3. Came back to the terminal and checked the step1 output to see whether I have any new lines. 
   I didn't see any new lines printed.
   
   4. Used PostgreSQL UI DB tool to view the rows in table - contacts. No new rows were added to the table.
   
   5. I'm using PostgreSQL as sink in my kamelet-binding.
