Issue Type: DEFECT
Summary: Recovering Lost Documents
Classification: Unclassified
Product: documentation
Version: AOO 3.4.1
Hardware: PC
OS: Windows 7
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: P3
Component: Online help
Assignee: issues@openoffice.apache.org
Reporter: mrstbrady12@hotmail.com
Hi, I am so sorry to bother you with this but I have a weird question; my hard
drive "broke" so I had to restore it to factory default settings, losing
everything on my computer. I hadn't backed up my most recent documents, and was
wondering since I downloaded Open Office from the Internet if there is any way
those documents were somehow magically saved in cyber space? I realize it's a
long shot but I am desperate and thought it was worth it to ask! Thank you so
much for your help.

Sorry, the auto-backup feature stores its backup locally, on your harddrive.
