Compile Apache 2.0.40 in Solaris 8

Hi,
During the "make", I encounterred the following :

Undefined                       first referenced
 symbol                             in file
MAKELONG                            modules/arch/win32/.libs/mod_isapi.al(mod_is
api.lo)
SetLastError                        modules/arch/win32/.libs/mod_isapi.al(mod_is
api.lo)
ld: fatal: Symbol referencing errors. No output written to .libs/httpd
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
*** Error code 1
make: Fatal error: Command failed for target `httpd'
Current working directory /www/httpd-2.0.40
*** Error code 1
make: Fatal error: Command failed for target `all-recursive' 

I was using gcc 3.1 and Solaris "make".

Anyone help me pls.  Thx.
