web site migration

WebSH.com site migration issues
===============================

Step 1) Transfer files to me.  I have a replica of tcl.apache.org
running on my laptop that will allow me to test everything out.

Step 2) Clean up the sources - links to NetCetera, copyrights, and so
forth.

Step 3) Make sure it runs under WebSH.

Step 4) Make initial commit to 'tcl-site' CVS repository.

Step 5) Make site live, making sure that Ronnie and Simon have access
to CVS and tcl.apache.org.
