[jira] [Commented] (DERBY-6023) Links to Japanese manuals show question marks instead of Japanese text

    [ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/DERBY-6023?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=13538205#comment-13538205 ]

Kristian Waagan commented on DERBY-6023:
----------------------------------------

Note that this has happened several times before, although I don't know if the cause is the same now.
The previous cases have been caused by encoding problemes during the build process. This can usually be seen by a change to the page with the links when svn diff is run, even though one has not modified the sources for that page.

> The links to the Japanese manuals show ??????????????? instead of the title of the manual.
> Maybe some kind of encoding problem?
> The actual manuals look fine to me.
