MLLib embedded dependencies

Hello every one. 

I have a some trouble to run word2vec, and run the libs… 

Is it possible to use spark MLLib as embedded library (like mllib.jar + spark-core.jar) inside Tomcat application (it is already has hadoop libs)? By default it is huge in one jar contains all dependencies and after inserting to webapps lib folder it generate conflicts with already present libraries. 

Any clue appreciate
