There's a sentence "Apache Hadoop 2.5.1 is a minor release in the 2.x.y release line, buliding upon the previous stable release 2.4.1." in the document of 2.5.1-RC0.
Apparently, 2.5.1 is not a minor release. We should create a new release note.
