urgent: Activemq Consumer not able to get messages from broker

Hi All,
          We have been using activemq-5.5.0 for the last one month without
issues,but since yesterday
the consumer is not able to read any messages from the broker.
I tried restarting both broker and consumer without any success.

Please suggest
