When generating layout, some of the layout id should not be calculated, but they are incorrectly calculated currently.

Only ++ when returning true.

h2. Fix Design

Please refer to the pic, ++ should be placed upon the red-arrowhead-pointed part, and for the red square, only needs cuboidCount > maxCombination.
