In this PR https://github.com/apache/spark/pull/58621, we addressed that Postgres permission denied error was classified wrongly as syntax error.
We need to make additional integration testing in JDBC data source testing framework to ensure we properly classify errors such as permission denied, non-existing table, etc. in other dialects.
