Not all consumers of Harmony classes will have org.apache.harmony.* classes on the bootclasspath. To help these consumers, calls to loadLibrary should be wrapped in an AccessController.doPrivileged(){} - which, unless I'm mistaken, isn't being done here.
This patch wraps the call.
