I tried to get this up and running on ReadTheDocs but it was a huge pain in the neck trying to get everything to cooperate. ReadTheDocs requires that we be able to install our dependencies into a virtualenv with pip and given the nature of a number of our projects dependencies, that's just not very simple or easy to do. I'm going to try pushing a branch to see if we can get everything going on Github Pages.
