simple question

Hi everyone,

this might of course be a very stupid question ;o) , but I am wondering
on the file structure of jetspeed 1.3.a2-dev, compared to 1.3.a1.
What is the <jetspeed-home>\portlets folder supposed to be for, and what
of the <jetspeed-home>\web-inf\potletapps folder? 
or does anybody know any docs covering this?
