My bad, I didn't upload them to the final distribution directory. Fixed. 
  They should show up on the website within 1-2 hours.

For reference they are:
MD5 (httpd-2.1.7-beta.tar.bz2) = 007b3eaa91a6934f7abf1158d7603b06
MD5 (httpd-2.1.7-beta.tar.gz) = 2400621824264bd4fe792a410306d40f
