Description:
The problem can be reproduced by the following test case in ReflectiveSchemaTest

When SqlBinaryOperator figuring out its {{Monotonicity}}, if the second operand is a Literal, it will cast the literal into BigDecimal. But the {{Null}} Literal can not be properly handled.
