NPE Exception in Xalan

i've got the same problem with tomcat 3.2.3 an Xerces 1.3.1 an xalan 2.0.1.
Have you yet a solution for it ?

I have not seen this for a while... May be its gone because Cocoon now uses
more recent version of xalan (xalan-2.2.0-dev.jar in my WEB-INF)

Try to upgrade to more recent xalan version.
