The NPE appeared in 1.1-20060607.
The problem is fixed in 1.1-rc1. No more NPE while displaying or saving deployment plan.

Resolution: Fixed
Aaron applied the patch to branches/1.1 but I think he was going to apply it to trunk as well. Marking resolved and I'll leave it open for Aaron to close when he's done with trunk.
