Enabled webdav on apache clerezza

I attached a first patch which enables webdav on the clerezza platform
you can find the patch here
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CLEREZZA-119
I tested it with the client cadaver (a command line client) on a linux
computer. Put requests dosent work because it depends on issue
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CLEREZZA-109 but the rest should
work fine.

That's really valuable! Afaik most webdav clients do set a
Content-type header, so I'm really curious to see it works with
nautilus. I'll give it a try later.
