Patch applied to PACK200 module at repo revision r596594.

The tests are very noisy -- printing out a load of messages to standard out, which is bad form.  It would be good to remove them or make them optional (via a system property, logging or something) since they probably only make sense to you.

Please check that the patch was applied as you expected and let me know.
