It might be better to bring this up on the USER list first before entering an
unspecified enhancement. You might want to try and construct a test case that
demonstrates what you expect. 

Personally, I'm not clear on why you would want to combine a map-backed and
DynaActionForm. DynaBeans are already map-backed. But, again, you might want to
discusss this on the USER list.
