[Bug 66421] Setting LDAPConnectionPoolTTL to -1 (default value) prevents apache to start

Patch proposal for 2.4.54 LDAPConnectionPoolTTL=-1 fix v1

Not the ideal solution but it seems to work. 
(Still testing but, at least, Apache is now starting)
