This is due to a missing propset on SVN when we submitted and released the skin.

We should ensure newest version havethe propset well positionned, re-release it, then bump the versions on the site, then finally re-deploy the website.

That would avoid having to re-compile the skin locally, bump the skin version on each site deployment. Additional steps are required with docker, namely adding the crafted skin in the dockerized m2, and a dirty commit is needed for the bumped version of the skin (as dockerized build helper only build committed changes).
